1 May 2008 — The Aycock baseball team rounded out their regular season in second place after facing a loss at Eastern Wayne last week, but posting a shutout over Southern Wayne on Friday.

The Warriors staged an early lead, earning six points by the end of the second while holding the Falcons scoreless.
