fremont police report3 April 2008 — The Fremont Police Department reported the following incidents: Curtis Kendall Vick, Jr. was arrested for resisting an officer and no operator's license on March 24. Two juveniles were charged for 18 felony breaking and entering cases. The juveniles are allegedly responsible for a rash of car break-ins in Fremont on Lee, Wayne, Aycock, and Dock Streets. Petitions were drawn for the two suspects on March 29.
