13 March 2008 — The Pikeville Police Department reported the following incidents:

Kenneth Dale Cox, 62, of Washington Street reported unauthorized use of his vehicle on Saturday. Mr. Cox told officers that he had loaned his car to his daughter, but it had not been returned. He added that he had seen someone else driving his car. The red 2005 Dodge was found parked at Adamsville Auto, and the driver was arrested.

Chester Roy Davis, 56, of Fremont was cited for speeding on Thursday. Mr. Davis was charged with driving 61 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Cindy Rose Barnes, 42, of West Church Street was the victim of damage to her home on Thursday. Her teenaged daughter reported that the window panes had been broken and someone had slashed the window screens. However, no access was gained into the home.
