pikeville police report31 January 2008 — The Pikeville Police Department reported the following incidents: Jorge D. Lugo, 25, of Goldsboro was cited for speeding on January 25. Mr. Lugo was going 59 mph in a 45 mph zone. Joseph Alan Parchman, 17, of Pikeville was cited for going 56 mph in a 35 mph zone on January 24. Tyler Lawrence Davis, 20, of Fremont was charged with carrying a concealed weapon on January 24. The Town of Pikeville reported $200 worth of damages to a bathroom at the town park on January 24. Someone broke a light fixture and a sink in one of the restrooms. Jasmine Lukia Johnson of Pikeville struck a light post in the Food Lion parking lot on January 21. Her vehicle sustained an estimated $1,000. Ronnie Lee Jones, 25, of Pikeville was arrested for driving while impaired on January 19. He was also charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Elbert Ray Holder owned the 1996 Buick Mr. Jones was driving. He was taken to the Wayne County Jail and placed under a $5,000 bond. Joshua Charles Inlow reported damage to his truck in the Hardee’s parking lot on January 17. Someone had cut the tires of his 2002 Chevrolet truck. On January 23, Stephen Alton Carlton, 16, of Mount Olive was arrested for damage to the property, and he was placed under a $500 bond. Joseph Waylan Millard, 24, of Goldsboro was arrested on January 12 for impersonating a law enforcement officer, and was placed under a $3,000 bond. Derick Williamson of Pikeville reported identity theft on January 10. Mr. Pike said someone had used his driver’s license. Angela Carter Michalek was the victim of assault on a female and stalking on January 8. Warrants were issued for a suspect in the case.
