31 January 2008 — The Fremont Police Department reported the following incidents:

James Norman Ray was cited for no operator’s license, no insurance, and fictitious plates on January 26.

Barry T. Wooten was cited on January 26 for trespassing.

Juarez Franciso Palacios was cited for no operator’s license on January 27.

Isabel Cristina Camarena Reyes was cited for no operator’s license and speeding on January 27.

Andrew Marshall Carlysle was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on January 27.

Feyon Cornelius Pratt was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and an open container of alcohol on January 27.

Bulmaron Acosta was cited on January 24 for no operator’s license.

Carlos Jamies Araujo was cited for no operator’s license on January 22.

Christopher Jay Chavis was charged with sexual battery on January 23.

Carlos Garcia Fuentes was charged on January 23 with assault.
