17 January 2008 — On Thursday January 10 at Something Different Restaurant, the Wilson Jaycees presented the 2007 Awards and installed the 2008 Board of Directors.

The 2007 Awards were presented to Ginger Huff for 2007 Rookie of the Year, Dawn Sousa for 2007 Officer of the Year, and Chris Bieri for 2007 Jaycee of the Year.

The 2008 Board of Directors are: President – Dawn Sousa, Management Vice President – Ginger Huff, Membership Vice President – Dawn Etheridge, Community Vice President – Chris Bieri, Individual Vice President – Beverly Aycock, Treasurer – Ann-Catherine Owens, and Chairman of the Board – LeAnn Etheridge.  The installation of the Wilson Jaycees 2008 President Dawn Sousa was given by Chris Hardee, President of the North Carolina Jaycees.

The Wilson Jaycees are a civic-minded group of men and women ranging from 21 to 40.
