wayne county sheriff's report

13 December 2007 – The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents:

Heather Nicole Waltman, 19, of Goldsboro reported that she had been assaulted at a home on Gurley Dairy Road in Pikeville on Sunday. She said she had been struck in the body with a baseball bat.

Rodney Jay Carter, 34, of Ivey Lane in Pikeville reported found property at his home on Sunday. Mr. Carter found an 18-speed red and silver bicycle in his front yard.

David Albert Carter, 59, of Pinkney Road in Pikeville reported larceny from his home on Monday. He reported that medication and a revolver had been stolen from the house.

Karen Perkins Collins, 55, of Old Kenly Road in Pikeville reported a golf cart had been stolen from her front yard on Thursday.
