wayne county sheriff's report

15 November 2007 — The Wayne County Sheriff’s department reported the following incidents:

James Allen Hales, 32, of Buggy Street in Pikeville was arrested for harassing phone calls on November 10. He was placed under a $600 bond.

Alice Faye Mooring, 55, of Pinkney Court in Fremont was arrested for simple worthless checks on November 9, and placed under a $200 cash bond.

Tammy Mitchell O’Brien, 36, of Old Kenly Road in Pikeville was arrested for misdemeanor dangerous dog unrestrained beyond the owner’s property, and was placed under a $2,000 unsecured bond.

Kenneth Earl Speight, 45, of Nahunta Road in Pikeville was arrested on November 8 for communicating threats. He was released on a written promise to appear.

Brian Ashley Womble, 31, of Goodnight Street in Pikeville was arrested for trespassing. He was placed under a $500 secured bond.

John Thomas Jernigan, Jr., 40, of Big Daddy’s Road in Pikeville was arrested for failure to pay child support. He was released on a cash purge totaling $4,734.18.

Freya Isis Garriss, 64, of Lancaster road reported an instance of breaking and entering on November 5. Furniture, a washer and dryer, a microwave and other items worth an estimated total of $2,200 were reported missing.

David Hinson, 26, of Buggy Street in Pikeville was arrested on November 9 for driving while impaired. He was placed under a $750 bond.

Lisa Lassiter Mitchell, 30, of Old Kenly Road in Pikeville was arrested on November 6 for communicating threats. She was released on a written promise to appear.

Brandon Germaine Banks, 34, of Wooten Street in Fremont was arrested on November 6 for speeding and driving while license revoked. He was placed under a $500 secured bond.

Charles Anthony Marlowe, 19, of Aycock Dairy Road in Fremont was arrested on November 3 for breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny, and larceny of a motor vehicle. He was placed under a $10,000 bond.

Augustus Lonis McCraney, 38, of Little Dove Road in Pikeville was stopped for a red light violation and subsequently arrested for driving while license revoked and an outstanding warrant for a worthless check. He was released undera $600 secured bond and a $400 unsecured bond.

Samantha Jane Nunn, 30, of Nahunta Road was arrested on November 3 for driving while license revoked and fictitious tags. She was held under a $500 bond.

Robert Lee Darden, 25, of Purple Iris Drive in Pikeville was arrested for injury to personal property. He was released on a written promise to appear.

Tracy Langston, 33, of Grand Street in Pikeville was arrested for communicating threats on November 5 and placed under  $500 bond.
