wayne county sheriff's report

8 November 2007 — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents:

Two people were arrested for growing and selling marijuana at a home outside of Fremont. Virginia Williams Brown, 66, and Roger Evans Jones, 48, of Memorial Church Road, were both arrested on October 30. Both were charged with felony counts of manufacturing marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for the sale of an illegal substance, as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Brown was placed under a $2,000 secured bond, while Mr. Jones was placed under a $3,000 secured bond.

Phillip Allen Mitchell, 49, of Brookside Way in Pikeville was arrested for indecent exposure on October 30. He was placed under a $250 bond.

Samuel Rodriguez Ramirez, 22, of Bentford Drive in Pikeville was arrested on November 4 for driving while license revoked and fictitious registration, as well as an outstanding warrant. He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $2,000 bond.
