wayne co sheriff's report

25 October 2007 — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents:

Ebony Hicks, 22, and India Nalcaya Hicks, 21, of Hinnant Road in Pikeville were arrested on Ocober 19 and charged with misdemeanor stalking. They were released in lieu of a $500 unsecured bond.

Gran Alley Box Company of Belfast Road reported fraud on October 19. The company said they had paid for a product, and the sender accepted payment but never sent the product.

Rosa Maria Guin-Garcia, 51, of Woodridge Drive in Pikeville also reported fraud on October 19. Ms. Guin-Garcia said that someone cashed a check she wrote at a local store after she had put a stop-payment on the check.

Joyce Edgerton Bridgers, 78, of Kenly Road in Pikeville reported injury to personal property on October 19. Ms. Bridgers said some dogs had come into her yard and damaged the paint on her minivan, a riding lawn mower, and 6’ of a dryer duct.

William Dortch Stith, 39, of Canary Lane in Pikeville was arrested on October 18 for outstanding warrants issued in July. He was charged with driving while impaired and was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.

Kenneth Tyrone McLean, 48, of Sycamore Street was arrested on October 17 for outstanding warrants issued in August. He was charged with driving while impaired, no operator’s license, and possession of marijuana. He was placed under a $1,800 secured bond.

Janice Sasser Chase, 79, of Church Street in Eureka reported larceny, forgery and uttering on October 17. Someone had stolen checks and cashed two of them in amounts totaling $882.79. A third check had been written but was cancelled by the bank.

Kenneth Dale Edse, 42, of Polly Watson Road in Fremont was arrested on October 17 for driving while license revoked. He was placed under a $500 secured bond.

Kristopher Erik Enriquez, 24, of Pikeville was arrested on October 15 and charged with hit and run and driving left of center. He was placed under a $1,000 bond.
