sheriff's report

18 October 2007 — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents:

David Michael Taylor, 49, of Stoney Creek Church Road in Goldsboro reported damage to property at his home on October 11. He reported that a double pane glass window had been shot, causing $200 worth of damages.

Jimmy Ray Williams, Jr., 44, of Clifton Ridge Drive in Pikeville reported a case of fraud, stating that someone had used his information to obtain a credit card. The thief opened an account at Barclays Bank of Delaware and charged $1,627 on a credit card.

Rex Elliot Harris, 32, of Vail Road in Pikeville was arrested on October 13 for second degree trespassing. He was placed under a $100 bond.

Brandon Demarcus Haynes, 19, of Booker Street was arrested on October 12 for child support violations, and was placed under a $250 bond.

Domestic assault on a female was reported at a residence on Big Daddy’s Road on October 13. The victim reported she had been struck and choked.
