AILEEN SULLIVAN GINN
Aileen Sullivan Ginn, 90, of Pikeville, died Tuesday, October 9 at Britthaven Nursing Home in Wilson.
Aileen was born in Wayne County on June 19, 1917 to the late Henry Gilbert Sullivan and Mary Ward Sullivan. She was married to the late General Jasper Ginn. She was a member of Patetown Church of God.
Funeral services were held Friday, October 12 at 3 p.m. at Patetown Church of God with the Rev. Allen Stocks officiating. Burial followed in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Aileen is survived by her son, Henry Shelton Ginn and wife, Amy, of Pikeville; her daughters, Lena Ginn of Pikeville, Lindora Howell and husband, Ralph, of Patetown, Sandra Parks and husband, Bill, of Patetown and Jackie Smith and husband, Harmon, of Patetown; her brother, Cedric Sullivan of Goldsboro; her sister, Edna Howell Orton of Patetown; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gilbert Sullivan and her sister, Doris Person.
Memorials may be made to Patetown Church of God, 223 Church of God Road, Goldsboro, N.C. 27534.

LEROY BROWN
Leroy Brown, 86, of Goldsboro, died Sunday, October 7 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Four children survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 13 at Little Rock Church, Pikeville. Burial will follow in Old Mill Cemetery. Viewing will be 2-8 p.m. Friday, October 12 at the McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8 p.m.

DORIS H. BARNES
Doris Hare Barnes, 78, a native of Pikeville, died Thursday, October 4. Arrangements pending at Wilson Memorial Service, Wilson.

EMMA L. TALTON
Emma Lucille Mozingo Talton, 78, of Goldsboro, died Sunday, October 7 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Wayne County on March 15, 1929 to the late Edward Patrick and Addie Crawford Mozingo and was married to the late Edward Leroy Talton.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 12 at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home. The Rev. Jim Whitehead will be officiating. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. Talton is survived by two sons, Bobby Ray Talton of Vanceboro and LeRoy Talton Jr. of Biloxi, Miss.; two daughters, Peggy Marie Talton Britt of Apex and Robin Talton Lancaster of Pikeville; four sisters, Mildred Barwick of Rocky Mount, Marie Kennedy of Goldsboro, Eunice Hines of Calypso and Alice Creech of Casey, S.C.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight (Thursday) from 7 to 9 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Robin T. Lancaster, 404 True Vine Road, Pikeville, N.C.
