Parrish scores for Cobras   

4 October 2007 — Norwayne’s volleyball team earned another big win on Tuesday afternoon, defeating Brogden in three games. The Cobras dominated Brogden, with final game scores of 25-7, 25-7, 25-15.

Brooke Bell led the Cobras in service points with fourteen, and Kayla Williams followed with nine.

The win puts the girls at a perfect 5-0 overall, with a 2-0 record for the conference. They will play at home on Thursday against Greenwood Middle.

Meanwhile, Tuesday afternoon brought the first loss of the season for Norwayne’s soccer team. The coed Cobra squad lost 6-2. Juan Pina and Samantha Parrish scored Norwayne’s two goals.

The soccer team will also host Greenwood on Thursday. All middle school games begin at 3:45.
